New Vet Cabin For Welsh Dogs
Cardiff Dog’s Home
A charity formed in Cardiff winning at least one RSPCA Paw-prints award every year since 2008.
Partnered with Burns, A natural pet food developed by Vet Surgeon John Burns in 1993 which was designed to manage common health problems in pets such as dogs and gives to Cardiff Dogs Home.
Also Partnered with PetPlan an award winning Pet Insurance company founded over 40 years ago and supports over 1000 animal charities across the UK including Cardiff Dogs Home.
Another Partner is the Rescue Hotel a small charity formed in 2019 by volunteers at Cardiff Dog’s Home to raise funds for the dogs at the home from toys and food to vet bills and training classes.
And last but not least Summer-Hill vet clinic is a partner of the Dogs Home founded back in 1960 and is one of the biggest clinics in South Wales with over 10 clinics
They offer advice on owning dogs as well as re-homing dogs, help look for lost dogs in the area and look after any stray dogs found in the area.
The cabin we have provided them is for an on-site vet building to look after their resident dogs.

These additions are necessary for the purpose of a Vet Cabin to allow the surfaces to be cleaned down after every examination/procedure by having Stelvatite wall boards, on top of that non-slip safety flooring to protect the vets and the dogs health and safety whilst medical procedures are being made.
