A Modular Building is essentially a portable cabin which is too large to be transported as one complete building, so is instead manufactured and transported in sections or modules to be installed together on site.
Our standard modular buildings are a timber-framed building with a steel space -frame. We can also supply steel modular buildings. Both of these building types can then be clad or finished with any required finishes.

A standard modular building would have a design life of 25 years, however they can be designed to last for longer if required. We also supply durable steel modular buildings.
